At Stezzano Women, we are committed to offering a refined shopping experience. Kindly review our policy for Return & Exchange:


Sale Periods
Items purchased during sale or promotional periods are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.


Regular Collections
We are pleased to offer exchanges within 5 days of purchase, provided that items are returned in their original condition—unworn, unaltered, and with all tags attached.
Exchanges are only in Size and for only one time.


Refunds
Please note that we do not offer refunds, whether in cash, card, or store credit.


Shipping Costs
For both local and international orders, shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.


Proof of Purchase
A valid receipt is required for all exchange requests.


All exchanges are subject to quality inspection and approval.
