6. Returns & Exchanges
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
During regular periods, eligible items may be exchanged within 5 days of receiving the order, subject to the conditions stated in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
In addition, we do not offer cash refunds.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
For hygiene and product-quality reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
